What are goalie sliders?
Goalie sliders generally consist of plastic parts that Ball Hockey and Dek hockey goalies add to their pads giving them the ability to slide just as they would on ice. Goalie sliders have gained in popularity over the last decade allowing ball hockey goalies to improve their game while increasing their longevity. Smoother movements reduce stress on the hips and knees.

I admit I was very skeptical following the video displayed and also in relation to the price. But I figured it's probably better than leather leggings directly on the surface. First test done in July on the North Shore and OMG WOW!!! It's crazy how it slides, identical to the video and excellent quality velcro sticky.
